APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE
Disputes shall primarily be resolved by agreement after discussion with MATTERS.SE's customer service. If a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with MATTERS.SE's customer service, you as a customer can turn to the General Complaints Board, ARN, which you can find more information about at http://www.arn.se. You can also file complaints directly through the European Commission's Dispute Resolution Platform, which can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
If you submit a complaint via this platform, your case will be automatically forwarded to the appropriate dispute resolution body, which will then contact us and try to resolve the dispute out of court. In the event of a dispute, MATTERS.SE follows a decision from ARN or an equivalent EU body. Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of our terms shall be interpreted by Swedish law and will ultimately be decided by a general Swedish court.
