Shipping & Returns
Domestic delivery is expected to take about 1 - 3 days. Delivery for Nordic and other European countries, the delivery time is estimated to be about 4 - 5 working days.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If for any reason your good(s) are damaged upon receiving them, or they are the not the correct product(s) you ordered, please take a photo and contact us as soon as possible, so we can arrange to exchange it with the correct product(s). Please do not dispose of the item(s) until we have exchanged it.
We will cover all transport costs involved in replacing and exchanging incorrect or damaged good(s).
We reserve the right to ask you to send us back the product(s) whether it is damaged, or not the correct item/product before we issue a replacement or exchange. In the case of our error, or goods damaged in transit, we will cover all transport costs.
After your payment is verified, it may take up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 3 am will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 3 am on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. Please refer to the chart below for rates/times.
You may return your order (including items on sale) within 30 days after the parcel has arrived to the access point. We charge a return fee that will be deducted from your refund. The product needs to be in its original condition with all labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not pass our quality control.
