By making purchases from and using this website you are agreeing to the following terms. We therefore ask you to carefully read the terms before using our site.
When we have received an order from you, we will send an electronic confirmation / invoice to your email address as confirmation of your purchase. It is therefore important that you enter the correct email address when placing an order. We recommend that you save the confirmation to facilitate any future contact with our customer service. The confirmation also constitutes your receipt for having completed the purchase.
You can choose to pay by bank, credit card, invoice and other options offered through the Shopify platform. Purchases by invoice are administered by Klarna.
PAYMENT WITH CARDS
When paying by credit or debit card, the terms and conditions start to apply as soon as the card transaction has been approved. In the event that no payment is received after you send your order, the order may automatically be canceled by Matters.
PAYMENT WITH INVOICE
When you choose to pay via invoice, you can decide whether you want to pay on the day of the order or later (up to 14 days from the date of the order). It is important that you are written at the address to which you want delivery. You also have the opportunity to split your payment. All this is done in collaboration with Klarna.
All prices shown on Matter's website, www.Matters.se, are inclusive of VAT, in accordance with applicable law. If an order is to be sent to a delivery address outside the EU, VAT will be deducted on the payment page. Please note that if an order is shipped to a country outside the EU, any import duties and taxes may apply, which will be charged when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You are responsible for the payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that MATTERS AB has no control over these fees, and since these fees are different for different countries, MATTERS AB cannot predict their size. MATTERS AB recommends that you contact your local customs office for further information.
Orders made in someone else's name without their consent will be notified. MATTERS AB reserves the right to change and correct prices on all orders, including final purchases. If a price is incorrect, this can cause MATTERS AB to cancel the purchase and repay the amount in question in the best possible way. This can be done at any time.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
The customer has the right to return an item within 30 days of receiving the order. This right applies only on condition that the product and its original packaging are returned in the same condition as upon receipt. If the customer exercises his right to return an item, the customer should contact Matters to get an address to send the item to. If the customer lives in a geographical area where the national post office does not offer returns, the customer may have to bear the return cost himself. MATTERS AB is entitled to adjust prices, incur extra costs, make changes to the product range and related information without prior notice. The purpose of the product images and information texts provided by Matter's is to provide the most accurate and true-to-life image of the products. We strive to ensure that all content displayed on this site is accurate, but errors can nonetheless occur. MATTERS AB cannot guarantee that all product images reflect the actual appearance of the products and therefore all product images should be considered as illustrations. Please note that the product images may vary depending on the color settings of the computer.
DELIVERIES AND ORDERS
MATTERS AB delivers its products throughout Europe. Deliveries are made in collaboration with DHL. You have the right to cancel an order and return the goods by contacting MATTERS AB customer service or by using the contact form on the MATTERS AB website which you found.
