If you submit a complaint via this platform, your case will be automatically forwarded to the appropriate dispute resolution body, which will then contact us and try to resolve the dispute out of court. In the event of a dispute, MATTERS.SE follows a decision from ARN or an equivalent EU body. Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of our terms shall be interpreted by Swedish law and will ultimately be decided by a general Swedish court.

What do we collect and why?
When you purchase on MATTERS.SE, we collect the necessary information to fulfill our agreement with you and provide you with the best service, for example, to send a package, invoicing and payment.
We are responsible for personal data for the processing of the personal data that all our customers provide to us in accordance with the Personal Data Act (1998: 204) (PUL) and GDPR. We will never disclose your information to an unauthorized party or resell it to an external party. You can contact us at any time to request correction or deletion of your information, otherwise the purchase data will be saved for the time being as long as there is a legal basis, a documented purpose for the processing or an ongoing user relationship. Normally, we save your customer information for a maximum of five years from your last customer contact. However, we save information needed according to the Accounting Act, for up to eight years. Routines are continuously maintained to ensure that we do not store unnecessary personal data and we minimize the storage time as much as possible. We reserve the right to cancel orders that contain incorrect personal information or where the customer has payment remarks.
High security and confidentiality are observed in all handling of personal data. We use industry standards to store, process and communicate sensitive information in a secure way, e.g. SSL / TLS. We may also share information with potential buyers should we sell all or part of the business or in a merger.
INFORMATION COLLECTED THROUGH PERSONAL CONTACT
When you contact MATTERS.SE's customer service by phone, e-mail, trade fairs or chat, we may save the personal information you provide to us. This is done to be able to answer the questions that you have and to help you with your case. This can be, for example, information regarding your order, your name, e-mail address or order number. If your question concerns a complaint, we will process your information in order to fulfill our obligations under applicable consumer law. The information you provide about yourself we use and our partners for payment, delivery and for the purpose of maintaining a good customer relationship via social media, catalogs, DM, SMS, e-mail and for other marketing purposes. You can contact us at any time to request correction or deletion of your information. YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Once a quarter, you have the right to see which of your personal data is stored at MATTERS.SE free of charge and request that it be deleted. To gain access to the personal information we have, or ask to have your information deleted, your application must be in writing, contain your social security number and be signed by you with a photo on identification. Then you send your application to MATTERS AB, the Data Protection Officer, Kopparbergsgatan 4, 214 44 Malmö. The information or confirmation of deletion is sent without undue delay to your email which must be written down in your application. If you want to unsubscribe from newsletters via, for example, email or SMS You can always use the unsubscribe link that is in all campaigns, offers and newsletters we send you.
Sometimes the Accounting Act requires that we save some data that cannot be deleted as well as data that is required for MATTERS.SE to be able to fulfill its obligations in e.g. complaints.
For us, it is important that you feel safe. If you believe that we process your personal data in an incorrect or less good way, you are welcome to contact us. You also have the opportunity to submit a complaint to the Privacy Protection Authority, which is the authority that supervises the processing of personal data.
MATTERS.SE reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time to the extent necessary to remedy disruptions or meet new legal and technical requirements. All changes to this Privacy Policy will be posted here.
ABOUT COOKIES
